Itinerary

  1. Day 1
We'll meet at the base of Cerro Catedral, where we'll check gear

We'll meet at the base of Cerro Catedral, where we'll check our gear and finalize the details of the trip. After riding the chairlifts up and reaching the ridge, we'll head toward the Van Titter valley, where we'll make our first descent of the traverse toward Refugio Frey. Shall we squeeze in another lap around the Van Titter area? Estimated time: 6-7 hrs.

  2. Days 2 and 3

What better way than waking up in this place with the whole day to ski! After breakfast, we'll get ready to explore the area. Some options include climbing the Aguja Principal to ski its east face down into the Campanile valley, one of the longest descents there is. Skiing the Cinta de la Vecinal, the 3 Marías couloir, La Piramidal, or the Canaleta Central are just a few of the many options we have. We'll always look for the best lines based on mountain conditions. Estimated time: As much as your legs can give!

  3. Day 4
After a hearty breakfast, we'll get ready for a few farewell laps here

After a hearty breakfast, we'll get ready for a few farewell laps in this spot. After lunch, we'll head down to Catedral and drive back to Bariloche in our vehicles. Estimated time: 8 hrs.
