 h Bariloche's classic mountain huts. On the first day we hike to Refugio Fr
 ey\, a place steeped in climbing history that will most likely treat us to 
 an epic sunset. The next day we continue to Refugio San Mart&iacute\;n\, be
 tter known as Jakob because of the lake at its feet. This is without a doub
 t one of the most fun days of the trek\, as we leave the forest and move in
 to more alpine terrain with incredible views. At Jakob\, dinner awaits us\,
  along with the comforts of a unique stay. Very early the next morning\, we
  face the most technical day of the route\, from Jakob to Refugio Italia an
 d its Laguna Negra. On this stretch we use ropes and technical gear to cros
 s to the other side of Pico Refugio and continue to the summit of Cerro Nav
 idad. The descent into Valle de Navidad is impressive\, narrow and lined wi
 th granite walls. We keep going until we reach the switchbacks (known as &q
 uot\;caracoles&quot\;) that will bring us down to the shores of Laguna Negr
 a. On our last day we cross from Laguna Negra to Refugio L&oacute\;pez. It'
 s another day in alpine terrain\, but this time we are treated once again t
 o views of the lakes and the city of Bariloche. Without a doubt\, it's a ve
 ry special way to discover the mountains of Bariloche and the history of it
